‘Martha and Eds’ Locally made Jams and Preserves. Martha and Ed met making jams! Both have creative backgrounds and a love for cooking.
Martha and Ed started this jam business in 2013 based next door in our little hamlet of Henley Down and supply their preserves to local farm shops.
The jam uses local fruit (apart from the Seville oranges!). Made in small batches with just sugar and lemon juice.
These jams and preserves are great tasting with a very high fruit content and lovely hand-written and printed packaging.
