General Booking Information
We are closed Mondays for drop-offs or collections.
Arrival/collection times are 10.00 -12.00. Please specify your time of arrival between 10am and 12noon so that we can meet you in our shop.
Payment: 50% is payable on booking and 50% on arrival (or 100% on booking).
Our minimum booking fee per pen booked is £42.00
Delivery and collection times
You can deliver and collect your animals 6 days a week during the following times:

Pens
Our indoor predator proof pens are built on a solid concrete floor, therefore enabling much more thorough cleaning and disinfecting than if they were kept outdoors on grass. Each pen has a generous layer of pine shavings as a flooring, and contains its own feeder, drinker, grit hopper, nesting box and roosting rail as standard. Any eggs laid by your hens will be collected daily for you to take home at the end of their stay. Poultry is our passion and we give our chicken boarders the upmost care and attention during their stay, even offering a little 'spa treatment' with our health check option. If they require any special care please complete the relevant section on our booking form.
Feed
Layers pellets or mash will be provided along with a treat feed of corn in the afternoon. If you prefer, you are welcome to bring along your chickens usual feed and any treats they are used to.
Payment
The total fee will be calculated when adding the details of your booking. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon booking, the balance payable on arrival. All prices include VAT at 20%. There is a minimum fee of £42 per pen.
Terms and Conditions
Carriers and boxes cannot be left with us during your animals stay (unless by prior agreement).
