This cancellation policy is one part of our contract with you and should be read in conjunction with our general terms and conditions. Please see below the relevant terms for specific products or services you are buying or have bought from us:
- Venue Hire Bookings:
A non-refundable 50% deposit is payable at time of booking.
The balance is payable 2 weeks before booking date.
The full amount is payable if the booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of the booking date.
- Training Course Bookings:
To ensure all attendees get the best experience from their training we only run our courses in small groups. We therefore must operate with a strict cancellation policy: Refunds (or booking transfers) are not given for cancellations made within 2 weeks of the course.
If a cancellation is made with more than 2 weeks notice but within 6 weeks of the course date, then we will try to re-sell your tickets, if we are successful then a refund will be issued for the full amount less a £10 administration fee. If a cancellation is made with more than 6 weeks notice, then a full refund will be issued.
- Animal Boarding Bookings:
The total booking fee will be calculated when adding the details of your booking.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon booking, the balance payable on arrival.
The full booking fee is payable for cancellations made within 2 weeks of the arrival date.
- Livestock orders:
Once ordered livestock is allocated specifically for customer orders, therefore should you cancel your order then a deposit value is non-refundable: Deposits are as follows: £5 Quail £12 Hybrids £22 Pure Breeds, £32 large Pure Breeds. If you have paid in full for your hens then the balance (full cost less the deposit value) will be refunded upon the cancellation of your order. Refunds are not given within 2 weeks of the collection date.
If an order is cancelled after the collection date then the full value of the order is non refundable. If an order for livestock is not collection we will hold the stock for a maximum of two weeks from the collection date.
Should Mantel Farm need to cancel the order then your payment will be refunded in full.
