Place your order on our website and simply collect from our farm:
Shop collections:
Select ‘Shop collection’ at the checkout to order your items (and hens from our current flocks) to collect from our shop during our opening hours.
Our shop is open from 10am-4pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
Please check any special trading times around bank holiday periods.
Locker Collections: Now Available
We realise everyone lives busy lives and it is not always easy to visit during our weekend shop opening hours, so we offer a locker collection service:
Our lockers are located to the side of our car park, they are available six days a week from 8.30am – 8.30pm (or dusk if earlier). At the checkout just select locker collection, either early (8.30am – 2.30pm) or late (2.30pm-8.30pm) and then choose your collection date (allow at least 24hrs for us to gather your items).
We will send an order confirmation with your locker number and keypad lock code. Please arrive only at the allocated time with your combination code to collect your items, if you miss your collection time your items will be removed until we have re-scheduled your collection.
Local Deliveries…
We deliver in our local area using our electric van. Please select local delivery at the checkout. Deliveries will generally be on the Friday following your order. Please add any special delivery needs to the comments box on your order. We will contact you to confirm a delivery date.
Delivery charges are as follows and will be calculated once your delivery address has been added. Please add a different delivery address if applicable. The minimum spend per order for local delivery is £20.
Delivery 0-5 miles from Mantel Farm: Free
Delivery 5-10 miles from Mantel Farm: £10
Delivery 10-20 miles from Mantel Farm: £20
Courier deliveries…
Many of our items can be sent by courier. The cost will be calculated depending on the items ordered. Please note we are unable to post livestock or larger items such as feed sacks and housing. For these items please either collect from our shop or select our local delivery option if you are within 20 miles of Mantel Farm.
