Our duck eggs are generally larger than chicken eggs, with a larger yolk-to-white ratio they are lovely for baked goods with a rich flavour.
A sure sign of spring on the farm is when the ducks begin to lay their eggs. We then often have duck eggs available from our small flocks of ducks, through into the summer.
