Description
Although we keep bees ourselves at Mantel Farm, we only have a few hives, and these are used for training purposes so they do not generally produce enough honey to supply our shop. We therefore source our honey from local beekeepers and depending on the season will have set and runny-hunny available.
Buying local honey supports our local beekeepers, helping to look after our local environment and pollinators, It is also believed that local honey has the benefits of lessening the effects of hayfever and other allergies.
