• Free parking for up to 10 cars (please contact us if you need more parking spaces)

• Crockery & cutlery. Hot and cold water will be available at all times. Please bring your own tea and coffee (refreshments and catering can be booked).
• Free WiFi with fibre connection
• Plenty of plug sockets
• Flip chart stand (please bring your own paper and pens)
Our outdoor canopy space offers:
• Flexible table layout: Our rustic, sturdy tables, made from recycled timber can be arranged as one large board table seating 20 or separately to make individual work spaces.
• Projector with wide screen and sound system
Our indoor barn space offers:
• Flexible table layout: A large meeting table made from recycled timbers can be arranged as one large board table seating 10 or separately as two tables each seating 6. Alternatively the tables can be removed (with prior arrangement) and up to 20 chairs can be placed in rows for a talk or lecture.
• Projector with wide screen and sound system.
Booking Times…
• Mornings: 8.30am –12.30pm
• Afternoons: 1.30pm – 5.30pm
• Evenings: 6.30pm – 10.30pm
Consecutive slots and repeat slots are bookable.
Pricing…
• £50 (including VAT) per session
• Optional refreshments can be provided for £2 per person
• Catering can be arranged for an all day event, please enquire.
Our terms…(full terms can be found on our terms and conditions page)
• Please allow time to set up and clear away within the time slot booked.
• A non-refundable 50% deposit is payable at time of booking.
• The balance payable 2 weeks before booking date.
• The full amount is payable if the booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of the booking date.

• Clipper organic breakfast tea

• Organic coffee
• Organic decaffeinated coffee

Alternatively, just bring along your own drinks, we will provide hot and cold water along with cups and glasses.

Are you running your own craft course or training event? If so we can offer marketing support for a small fee.
