A light-weight softwood hive. Treat regularly with our bee-friendly wood preservative or paint and this hive will provide a long lasting hive at a economical price

Looking after your hive:
Before using your hive, we recommend using an insect friendly wood preserver and weather outside for a week prior to use. To prolong the life of your hive, complete wood treatment every 3 to 4 years.
Super and brood boxes come complete with bevelled edges, if you prefer, you can purchase additional frame runners.
